My target 99000 Steps
I’m taking on the 99,000 Steps Challenge to support Together for Short Lives.
From 15 - 21 June in Children's Hospice Week, I'll be completing 99,000 steps - a step for every child in the UK with a life-limiting condition.
In the UK, there are 52 children's hospices dedicated to caring for seriously ill children and their families. Children’s hospices bring precious moments of happiness to families with of children living with serious illness. But they’re under real funding pressure, without more support, they can’t provide all the care families rely on.
That's why I'm taking on this challenge to raise vital funds for Together for Short Lives and children's hospices, so they can continue to provide services and support for seriously ill children and families facing the unimaginable.

Sunday 21st Jun This week has been a fun challenge. I've had the opportunity to get out and see more of these beautiful summer mornings and evenings, encountered lots of wildlife. It has been hard work to get from 2-4k steps per typical day to aim for 14k! but it has been great to have a focus for the week to be more active and for a worthwhile cause ShareThank you to my Sponsors

This is such an important cause, Victoria, so I'm really glad your dad sent me this link. (We were at primary school togather)! Of all things hospice care should never have had to rely on donations and such determined fundraisers as you. You're doing a great thing.
