I’m taking on the 99,000 Steps Challenge to support Together for Short Lives.

From 15 - 21 June in Children's Hospice Week, I'll be completing 99,000 steps - a step for every child in the UK with a life-limiting condition.

In the UK, there are 52 children's hospices dedicated to caring for seriously ill children and their families. Children’s hospices bring precious moments of happiness to families with of children living with serious illness. But they’re under real funding pressure, without more support, they can’t provide all the care families rely on. 

That's why I'm taking on this challenge to raise vital funds for Together for Short Lives and children's hospices, so they can continue to provide services and support for seriously ill children and families facing the unimaginable.

🧡💜 Day 2 update for the 99,000 step challenge for #TogetherForShortLives today was all about building up from yesterdays effort 

I spent a bit of time after my shift with Gravity Active UK walking around the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside in and around Knebworth and of course I wore my Norwich City FC shirt! 🤣

I also walked PAST the Robin Hood Rabley Heath - a brilliant pub in the community.
